Agencies and partners
An agency links to its clients' accounts by invite and manages their campaigns. A site owner can open spaces to it, paid on adPluga or settled outside, and let it resell those spaces for an agreed share.
Step 1: Invite a client
Create an invite and send the link to the client. An admin of their account accepts; from then on you pick their account in the account list and manage campaigns, ads and reports. You never see their wallet, payments or users, and either side can end it at any time. On Free an agency has up to 3 clients, on Starter 15 and on Growth no limit.

Step 2: Earn 20% for 12 months
You get 20% of what the client pays adPluga (the plan and adPluga's share of the network and of deals) for the 12 months after their first payment following the link. It applies to the client's first agency and only if they were not paying yet. It reaches your earnings wallet once a day.

Step 3: Site owner: open spaces to an agency
Pick spaces on verified sites and how it is paid. «Paid on adPluga»: the client's wallet pays and you get 88%. «Paid outside»: you already settled with the agency and the ads show without charging or crediting anything. Send the invite link to the agency.
Where: Settings › Partners
Step 4: Agency: accept the spaces
Accepting creates a one-year direct deal. Approved ads from every account you manage start showing in those spaces. Each space works with one partner at a time.

Step 5: Resale with an agreed share
When paid on adPluga, the owner can let the agency resell the spaces and set its share, from 5% to 40% of each sale, taken from the owner's part. adPluga keeps its 12%. The agency gets its share with every view or tap.

Step 6: Add the agency's line to ads.txt
In a resale the agency appears in adPluga's sellers.json and your ads.txt needs its RESELLER line. Copy it from Transparency and publish it in the site's ads.txt.
