The best advertiser for a site is often not in an ad network. It is the shop in town, the language school, the gym, the brand in the sector your site covers. It wants to reach your audience and is willing to pay for it. The problem is everything else: how to show the ad, count the views, charge and get paid without building technology.
What a direct deal is
It is an agreement between your site and one specific brand, made inside adPluga. You keep 88% of what the brand pays. The other 12% pays for delivery, measurement, fraud filtering and settlement.
On adPluga network demand, where you do not pick the brand, you keep 80%. The difference exists because in a direct deal you brought the advertiser.
Nobody advertises on your site without your yes
The deal is born from a handshake:
- The owner of the space asks to serve a brand's ads and presents proof: that the domain is theirs, where the audience is, what the site is about, how much traffic it gets.
- The brand approves or declines. If it has set automatic rules and your proof meets them, approval is immediate.
- With the handshake approved, the deal is created: 88/12 in your favour, valid for 90 days.
At any time you can decline or end a deal, and every creative goes through moderation before it shows.
The rule is that measured counts more than declared: what we can verify, such as the domain or where visits come from, weighs more than what is written in a form.
Step by step
- Create the account and the space. Free, no card, no traffic minimum.
- Paste the line of code where on the page you want the ad and confirm the site is yours.
- Find the brand in the dashboard's Marketplace, or ask it to publish the campaign there.
- Request the handshake, with your site's proof.
- Once approved, that brand's ads show in your space, and every view is recorded in the deal's statement.
How you get paid
Revenue lands in your wallet as views are settled. From €10 you can request a withdrawal. Every movement goes into a statement that is never rewritten, and you can export each deal's statement as CSV to check it line by line.
Why this matters for small sites
A big network looks at your volume. A local brand looks at your audience. If your site is read by the right people, it can be worth more to that brand than a much bigger site. A direct deal is how you sell that value without intermediaries deciding for you.
If you do not have a brand yet, start with network demand and the guide for small sites.
