1. Who we are (Controller)
VALTEVO, Unipessoal Lda (VAT 518368521), based in Portugal, operates the adPluga platform and is responsible for the processing of the data described in this policy. Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact: privacidade@adpluga.com.
2. What data we process
Account data (name, email), platform usage data, and technical ad delivery data (pseudonymized identifiers, hashed IP, user-agent, approximate geo). We do not sell personal data.
3. Legal basis
Performance of the contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (security and anti-fraud, duly balanced) and consent (where applicable for non-essential cookies/tracking).
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies and, with consent, measurement cookies. We prefer contextual targeting (cookieless). You can manage preferences via our consent banner (CMP).
5. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. You can exercise them at any time by emailing privacidade@adpluga.com.
6. Sharing and processors
We share data only with necessary processors (e.g. cloud, payments) under data processing agreements (DPA) and adequate safeguards for international transfers.
7. Retention
We retain event data for the period necessary for billing, anti-fraud and legal obligations; test data has a short retention.
8. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), pseudonymization, creatives isolated in a sandboxed iframe and access controls (RBAC). In case of breach, we comply with applicable notification deadlines.
